THE NATIONAL YOUTH SYMPHONIC WIND BAND OF GREAT BRITAIN IS LAUNCHED!

Congratulations and welcome to the newly formed NYSWB. We are a symphonic wind band (wind orchestra or concert band, call us what you will) that welcomes young players from all over the United Kingdom to come together and create world class music and create positive lifelong memories to take with them into their adult lives.

We operate very similarly to that of the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain (NYO) and the National Youth Brass Band of Great Britain (NYBBGB). You will receive first class tuition from our section leaders and perform at some of the best venues across the United Kingdom and maybe abroad.

As long as you are aged 13-19, and approximately grade 8 standard then we are ready. We look forward to hearing (and seeing) you all soon.
